I have been on a weight loss journey since January. It has been crazy hard but results keep coming!

Since January I have officially lost

I can't believe it! I am seeing results and that is why I haven't given up but came so close to! I try to run at least 3x a week. I am eating right and 1400 calories a day.

I am officially wearing a Medium shirt and comfortably! Which is huge for me. When I started tho journey in January I was wearing a X-Large!

I have gone down two sizes in jeans now since January. (I should honestly say three because I was definitely squeezing myself in those other ones in the beginning).

If you are trying to lose weight just remember it does take time. I had such a struggle trying to lose weight after my second son was born that I had given up and gained so much weight back.
