Meal Planning & a Recipe

I have always loved those people who can do freezer friendly meals and make a month's supply of dinners for their family in one day. I also have envied those people that so casually and easily provide healthy and well balanced dinner for their family on a whim.

Finally I found eMeals and before you run away and hide, let me just say- you will fall in love with it. I never knew I could provide 30 minute meals that were fresh, healthy and well balanced for my little family of 4! Every Wednesday I am excited to get my new meal plan for the week and head to the store and begin cooking new recipes.

Honest! It has been such a blessing to have a weekly meal plan to turn to and to pick which one I want to cook that night.

HOW IT WORKS:

Sign up for eMeals.

Pick out of the 13 plans (you can always try out other ones each month too if you like) which one best fits your family (You can also pick your store!).

Every Wednesday you will receive your meal plan for the week and a shopping list with 7 simple, creative and family friendly dinner recipes.

Relax and enjoy making home cooked meals for your family right in your kitchen.

Also? Don't forget to download their app for an easy and paperless shopping list and meal plan!

We have been using eMeals for almost 3 months now and I can honestly say it has totally changed how I view my kitchen, cooking and serving my family with a good and delicious meal. I used to be the wife that would suggest pizza night and go out to eat since I didn't get "around to" cooking dinner. I used to be the wife that hated cooking dinner or any meal in fact and now I seriously have found what people love about it. I can't wait to learn more and look forward to the brand new recipes each week.

I recently cooked this recipe below for my family and they all devoured it in under 10 minutes. It was delicious and definitely easy to make and serve!

Ingredients

5 boneless pork chops
1 package of pork
greek seasoning
toothpicks

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Season pork chops

Wrap strips of bacon (uncooked) around the pork chops and secure with a toothpick

Place pork chops on baking dish and bake for 30 minutes

My boys (4 years and 2 years old) even loved this meal and ate quite a few little pork chops. Right now you can sign up for eMeals and get 15% off if you use this code Dinner15. I can't wait to hear how your experience goes with eMeals!
