Cassey Ho's Year Round Book Review

 I love the simplicity of this book and how it lays out a clear plan for each season of the year. It gives clear, simple instructions for how to workout and foods to eat and avoid. Definitely a book to add to your list.

Her personality definitely shines through the pages just like on her Youtube channel. Notes on some pages help with more details and she makes the exercises doable for beginners and the schedules are simple and easy to follow.
